D & D scheduling: weekend of 11/18

When are people available the weekend of 11/18?

I am available all three days (Fri 11/18-- Sun 11/20) at any reasonable time---as in Friday evening or noon or later on Saturday and Sunday.

(By the way, when using the blog for such scheduling, each entry should specifically be for one specific week, so that everybody's info about a given week is in the same place.)

Note that Josh wanted a week's notice because of his job, so please post your availability soon.

  1. I'm available any of the times that weekend also. (Fri evening or later, Sat/Sun noon or later.) If it takes a while to decide, Sun evening might become bad around 9pm, but if i've got this scheduled in advance that meeting will likely be at a different time (we've not set the time for it yet, so if i've something already it'll be easy to get another time.)

  2. Hey Kids, Josh here.

Judging by my recurring scheduling, I'll be available Saturday before the evening hours (most likely 5 or 6 PM), and Sunday late evening, like 9-10ish. Friday's up in the air. The reason I asked for advance notice was that I could thusly switch out with any co-workers or ask my managers not to have a particular time slot so I could make a weekend appearance.

Luckily, after the weekend of the 18th, that all changes, for I'm quitting my job that Sunday! Huzzah! No more week's notice needed upon that day!

But thanks very much Mason for being considerate for my sake.

  3. I'm busy Sat. 11/19 from noon to 5:30ish, so if we do a Gazebo-Cthulu style late start that would actually work for me. Friday night and Sunday that weekend are also open.

  4. This month I am fairly attached to going to Salsa on Saturday, since I'm getting in touch with my feminine side. I can still get back from that by a little after 5pm, though, so that's not much of a problem it seems.

Friday's I'm good as of 6:30-7:00pm or so. I don't want to plan on regularly gaming Friday nights, because that's also when we hang at Randy's.

As far as Sunday, I'm wide open right now.

The only remaining constraint is that I can't play both days that weekend, as I've got tons of stuff I need to work on. One day, however, would be a nice break.

    Cheers!

  5. THREADJACK!

Anyone want to see Jarhead? Mason, I guess you're out of town this weekend. Unfortunately my evenings are pretty booked during next week, but maybe we can work something out at some point (late Wed. would be my best bet atm).

  6. Since this is a general scheduling thread, it makes sense to mention a couple other such things here.

Jarhead: Late Wednesday is good for me. I come back on Monday night, but any night after that (that isn't already set for D & D) works. Also, once we get the timing for D & D set, there is that play about pirates that we talked about seeing next weekend...

  7. My schedule's pretty much wide open. It's my father's birthday Sunday, so I'll have to call for maybe an hour or so, but other than that Fri, Sat, or Sun will work just fine.

  8. Update:

Friday I'm free at all hours, but Saturday and Sunday my last days at work will eat up afternoon hours from 3:00 and 5:00 on, respectively. The daytime is fine for me though.

  9. Given Josh's schedule, Friday evening seems like the only possible time this weekend. With Tim's constraint, I propose starting at 6:30 pm (or slightly later, if he ends up coming slightly later).

    Has anybody heard from Doug?

  10. Friday would be doable but unpleasant. I have to get the little car in and out of the shop, but that shouldn't be too hard. Friday is the busy day in lab, so I'll have to start early and make the trip somewhere around 5pm... /joy. Saturday would be better but Sunday is a no go.

  11. Saturday from noon to probably 5PM-ish is out for me. Friday and Sunday are both doable.

  12. Forget that, I just re-checked my schedule, and I'm instead busy from 6PM until late on Saturday. Friday is still fine though.
