My name is Mason Porter. I am a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at UCLA. Previously I was Professor of Nonlinear and Complex Systems in the Mathematical Institute at University of Oxford. I was also a Tutorial Fellow of Somerville College.
I didn't read the actual decision, but I did find it interesting that Scalia was the one who wrote the decision. The excerpts in the article did make it seem like the whole thing was reasonable, and indeed this is a big win.
By the way, I just saw the third Transformers movie---it was very good! I'm glad to see that the series has recovered from the travesty that was the 2nd movie. And this one even has Shockwave in it! (And also something else that I won't reveal, because it would be a bit of a spoiler.)
This is win. I haven't read the whole thing yet, but some of the excerpts I have looked at are reasoned, intelligent, well put... Refreshing to read!
