Not quite a street address, but check out the Wikipedia article for Seaborg, under the section Seaborgium. That would be a most-excellent way to address a letter.
On that note, I was led to believe (a long time ago) that, at least in the past, the USPS had a great sense of humor about cleverly addressed letters, and would go through great lengths to decode and figure out where they were meant to go, and eventually deliver them. Anyone know anything about that?
That's pretty damn funny. (I should really start abbreviating this as "That's pdf." Hah! I think that pun is pdf.)
I have a vague memory that the name "Seaborgium" was temporarily lifted from the element after it was named because Seaborg was still alive. I don't remember, and I don't feel like looking it up right now. (I've been working pretty hard tonight and already have several other e-mails and baseball articles that I would like to read.)
The USPS bit does sound rather familiar, but what I don't remember is whether you were the one told me about it before, so I have a sneaking suspicion that my vague familiarity with this is very highly correlated with yours.
