Also cool was he is the first to hit 499 and 500 in the same game according to stories I was reading this morning. A very nice accomplishment indeed!
I didn't realize that he was the first to do that.
I was watching the game in the airport for a while. Number 499 occurred while I getting settled, but I got a chance to see number 500 live.
