Today's game was really fun, and I'm ready to continue stabbing gnolls with my rapier (after I get sleep, that is) and producing gratuitously bad poetry!
For Thanksgiving, I can't play during the day on Thursday but I am available at night. I am available the other three days. (I'll be hanging out on one day with a friend who is in town, but I think that can be maneuvered if gaming is set up early enough.)
Justin was indicating that the only possibility for him next weekend is Sunday, so is everybody able to play next Sunday?
(We also need to figure out when we're going to see the pirate play, which I believe is not showing during the "holiday" weekend.)

I will be out of town Wednesday and Thursday. My current plan is to drive back Thursday evening.
My usual constraints hold, except for work, so I'm free Friday during the day, Saturday morning and after 5pm, and all day Sunday.
Be sure to ask the DM if you're flanking the gnolls when you stab them.
Gazebo: Did the word already get to Berkeley that I was doing that? I am way ahead of you...
Also, Josh's spell "Spelljam" has led to many renditions of "Rasberry! Only one man would dare use the rasberry! ... " I like the name of that spell...
That's funny Mason, I'm beginning to loathe the name "Spelljam".
I'm free whenever, barring Saturday afternoon.
What was the KoDT spelljammer-like CCG again?
Mason: There is an ancient and noble tradition of queries about flanking in Joe's games. :)
Clearly Josh needs more spells that encourage Spaceballs references. Maybe something that can go from "suck" to "blow".
As Mason indicated, I'm out of town from Wed. night to Sat. night. Sunday might be an option, though I'd prefer a relatively "short" session like yesterdays just so I'm not out of the house for the entire day Sunday. But I suspect this is moot since IIRC Doug is unavailable on Sundays anyway... Joe seems to have a knack for incapacitating absent characters, so if y'all want to keep things moving in a Fri./Sat. game, my absence should hardly be an insurmountable obstacle. :)
The following weekend (Dec. 3/4), I'm busy until ~5:30pm on Saturday 12/3, free after that and any time on Fri. 12/2 and Sun. 12/4. The rest of December is poorly defined but mostly free. Probably out of town the weekend of the 24th/25th.
As regards Josh's character sucking or blowing, he's a freakin' kender. A gelatinous cube would suck less than that (speaking as a party member, here). Just like a halfling rogue, but even more annoying! :D
By the way, I'm going to try to do the scheduling one week at a time here---I think it will be best to have all the info for a given week in the same place.
Gelatinous cube: Be careful what you ask for...
Regarding sucking and blowing, we were also contemplating solving a particular obstacle using a control wind spell last session, it's a shame we passed that up.
Doesn't appear that I'll be very busy during the Holiday. I have to do the lN2 fill on Friday though, so I need to be here for that.
I'm not opposed to working on a one shot, if you all can quickly agree on a genre (Fantasy or Sci-Fi and all forms of either count as neither). I think it'd also be great if someone else had one they'd like to try.
I'm all for cooking too. If I have to bring something from here on a "day of" schedule I'll have to put some limits on the items.
Just noting we still need Josh's details - I know he's out of town for part of this so it could be important. I'll give him a call today/tomorrow for that. As far as one-shots go and picking a genre, how about Exalted - Solars (Rumble in the Bronx?), or a steampunk/futuristic like setting for "The Train Job" (Train Heist). Another possibility is that if I find the Serenity RPG soon (ie today), I may run a one-shot of that.
A one-shot is certainly looking probable.
I am fine with all of these suggestions, although I'll need some help (and warning time) to create my character. But I'm definitely interested in trying some new systems/settings...
Tonight (Friday) I'm going out with my roomate, for it is his birthday.
Saturday and Sunday nights are both free. In fact, so are the daytimes.
